Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Reservation:

   - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

   - The remaining balance is due 60 days before your event or on the day of the scheduled photo session.

   - Booking dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

   - The client may cancel or reschedule the session with advance notice of at 60 days.

   - In the event of cancellation, any payments made are non-refundable.

   - Lunabela Photography reserves the right to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances.

3. Photo Delivery:

   - High-resolution edited images will be delivered within a specified timeframe.

   - The number of photos provided is determined by the chosen package.

   - Lunabela Photography retains the copyright to all images.

4. Client Cooperation:

   - Clients are expected to cooperate during the session to achieve optimal results.

   - The photographer is not responsible for suboptimal outcomes due to lack of cooperation or unforeseen obstacles.

5. Usage and Reproduction:

   - Clients may use the images for personal use only.

   - Commercial use, editing, or alteration of images without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Model Release:

   - Lunabela Photography will use selected images for promotional purposes in all media channels unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.

7. Liability:

   - Lunabela Photography is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses during the photo session or event day coverage.

   - Clients are responsible for their safety and the safety of any accompanying individuals.

8. Force Majeure:

   - In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or emergencies, Lunabela Photography may be excused from obligations.

9. Privacy:

   - Lunabela Photography respects client privacy and ensures that personal information is handled securely.

10. Governing Law:

   - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas.

By booking with Lunabela Photography, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
